I bought this for the resolution - but it is like having a whiny child. Every time i tune in to web services at least one app wants an update.

What the heck!

The picture is horrible and there are only presets to go through to adjust pic color and contrast. The smart remote is horrible and inconsistent in functionality. This was our new living room tv. I prefer my 8 year old vizio. I would have returned this but the covid thing made it difficult to actually see a few different models.

The stand is black. The stand was the main reason I purchased this TV. I have spent hours trying to get this resolved with Best Buy to no available . i was very frustrated with Best Buy's customer service representative Jack. She was not helpful at all! I would like this resolved.

Doesn't sit straight on stand

TV tips forward and does not stand straight on the stand. Hard for my husband to operate the remote. No AV jacks. Not at all what we were looking for in a TV but hard to determine when it hangs on a wall in the store.

Display malfunction

Not sure how this tv is rated so high

Stay away from this TV. ZERO stars

The television worked only one hour. A black square appeared in the corner. We returned the television that evening and were told there would be no refund or store credit and indicated we broke the tv. We are out $650.00. Stay away from this television. We are very unhappy with Best Buy as well.

Tv has no picture after 6 weeks

The picture went dark after 6 weeks of use. Hopefully the repair I am still waiting for will fix this issue, but I am not sure this product will last much longer than the warranty.

Love this TV

We were lucky enough to get 14+ yrs out of our Sony Wega, which cost a fortune back then. After weeks of online research (mind boggling btw), we kept coming back to this LG, even after most of our friends told us to go with Samsung (sorry, Samsung). We could not be more pleased. We have not adjusted the color at all -- watching it straight out of the box -- and LOVING it. Even the guy from Best Buy who hooked it up for us played with, and showed us, different color, tint, brightness options, etc, and we just liked it as it came programmed (no orange on skin colors). The remote that came with it is user-friendly, which was important to me, and he programmed our DirecTV remotes for us and everything works great. We really do love it. Not that the legs are a main reason why you buy a TV, but we didn't like the cheap-looking little legs on the other TVs. This one doesn't have those tiny legs on each side of the TV. You just can't go wrong for the price -- sure beats what we paid in 2004. The picture / color is beautiful, so crisp. All that said, we are not Gamers and will use the streaming functions for movies, You Tube, etc. Enough said. We love it.
