Control a little confusing. Could do with more options for Apps (HBONOW, NBCSN, BBC). It was easy to set up, picture is very good, value for money..

Good tv. Set up was easy. The remote is nice but no backlight so it difficult to use in the dark. I like the free channels offered through LG. Not premium channels but provides another viewing option. One downside, I am not able to download Tubi as it is not available. Maybe it will be added in the future via an update. Overall, pleased with the quality at a good price.

The television was actually an amazing picture. Although when buying open box products sometimes there can be something wrong. In this impiaricular situation the tv like I've said has an outstanding picture quality although this impeticular open box the screen had 3 small shadows on the screen. So I had to return. Although worked out well because I was able to get the same television that was a 55' versus the 49' and the cost was bareley a difference. So YES I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TV..

This is my second LG Smart TV. Great picture and easy to use.

This was purchased for a bedroom and the picture quality is good enough, it could go into a living room. I have to admit that I was blown away with the picture quality was I got it mounted and turned it on. The picture was so much better than the picture on the display unit. If you are looking for a medium sized tv, this is one to look at.

I ultimately returned this TV because I had so many issues getting it to work with the rest of my "smart" home and in trying to get it to cast correctly from my phone. I spent a good 3 hours trying to troubleshoot and download... 3... yes 3 different LG Apps that claimed to be able to help cast from my phone and none of them worked very well. The image on the TV is nice and the value was pretty good overall but I am much happier with the Samsung TV I purchased that seems to have more apps that work directly with it at the moment. When making the decision between Samsung and LG I'd go with Samsung even though the tech supposedly isnt as advanced when it comes to "darks" but I've been very happy with the Samsung TV so far. This LG TV was just too much trouble to get up and running properly. I will say that for the price, this TV seemed to be cheaper than the Samsung options!
