Review of LG Soundbar with Subwoofer

The sound bar disconnects from the LG OLED TV I purchased when I switch to Roku (needed to gain Spectrum access) to Netflix or other apps. I have to manually connect each time, which is frustrating. I also cannot get the rear speakers to connect and everything seems to be connected correctly. I called Geek squad several times for help, but nothing has worked. I'm a Total Tech member and was told it would cost $100 to have someone come out to my home to help. Overall, I feel this was a waste of my money. I would have expected as a Total Tech member, I would have received better service, including having someone come to my home to help.

We really aim to provide products that meet our customers' needs and expectations. It sounds like the sound bar disconnecting when switching sources, like from Roku to Netflix, might be related to the HDMI-CEC settings (Simplink) or the eARC auto setting. Here are a couple of easy steps you can try: Make sure HDMI-CEC (Simplink) is turned on for both your TV and sound bar. Just go to Settings > Sound > Advanced Settings > eARC and select Auto. On the sound bar remote, hold down the Mute button for about 3 seconds until “--” shows up, then press Volume Up. Could Have Been Much Better

However, it seriously lacks bass response and many of its features and adjustments are done through the LG app. Lacked proper documentation regarding features and tuning.
