Put this in a spare den so I didn't need a state of the art sound bar like my main living room has. I have to say the surround sound and quality of these speakers are really good and makes a smaller room sound equivalent to a bigger one. I do have the sub at max level. So if you are looking for earth shattering base, this is not a good fit for you, but if you live in an apartment and don't want to disturb all the neighbors it's just the right amount of base. Note that the rear speakers are wireless, but one of the two has to have a power cord (naturally) but what is different than other systems is that the rear speakers must be connected to each other via one single speaker wire. I just ran that wire under my couch and had not issues. The remote stinks on this system because there is no display on the TV to show you what you are pressing, HOWEVER, the LG app controls this device, and the app is Awesome. Let's you control all aspects of your device. Would highly recommend if you don't want to break the bank, but want a true 5.1 almost Atmos experience.

Excellent sound bar for my LG OLED C3 65"! If you're like me, you have probably looked at dozens of sound bars with named that make no sense! Being a consumer in this market is difficult, but after doing a ton of review searching, I decided to get this one. My living room is roughly 12 feet from the TV to the couch, and the satellite speakers are on a table behind the couch. A long with the sub woofer, the spacial sound is really amazing. I didn't think it was necessary to get a sound bar, but it's a world of difference. The LG TV connects straight to the sound bar through the HDMI arc port, and you can control the sound bar volume with the TV remote when the TV is on. I believe any higher cost system would be redundant because the size of my room/distance from the TV isn't great enough to warrant more. Personally, I think buying a better bar is a waste of money in this situation. This bar works great and is perfectly clear with the depth of the channels.

I purchased this along with my 65" LG C4 OLED TV to use the WOW Orchestra configuration, and without a doubt the sound is phenomenal! It was easy to pair the subwoofer and the back speakers and I get rich on-screen sound as well as off-screen surround effects! But I do often get a very annoying popping sound when when executing a play/pause/FF/REW both on my cable/DVR and on the streaming services running from the TV! I submitted a ticket with LG and they suggested a few things that helped, but required changing the WOW Orchestra configuration which noticeably degraded the sound quality, so not a real solution since that's why I bought a soundbar in the first place! There is no firmware update available for this model yet, but hopefully LG will resolve this problem soon! The upward firing center voice speaker is a little harsh in 'Standard' sound mode, especially on news type programs with mostly talking! I have settled on 'Cinema' mode as the best overall sound quality, great for movies, TV shows and sports, and good for voice! I look forward to a firmware update from LG that fixes this!

Sound quality is great for all viewing options and the as extremely easy to setup.

I wish it had a better remote that let you see what setting was being selected without using the app. Also, rear speakers must be connected with a wire which can be difficult to hide out of sight. Sound quality is good though. 4.5 stars

We are loving it, so far so good subwoofer is pretty good. My only problem would be rear speakers not having bt connection

The sound from these speakers are a nice addition to my tv set up. The rear speakers are not truly wireless. They need to be connected by a wire to have them both work through the. Bluetooth setup.

I purchased this soundbar to compliment my new purchase of an LG OLED TV. This proved to be a terrific choice for me. The sound quality is excellent. It has plenty of sound features, settings and volume. The upward firing center speaker provides noticeable sound clarity. The complimenting sub and rear speakers add great depth when watching a movie that has Dolby sound.

I got this deal at 300. The surround sound is great. Easy, minimal setup. So happy with the purchase!

It depends on the source that is being played or viewed. Overall the quality is very good. I have not set up the rear speakers, yet. Even without them I get a surround sound effect that is powerful and brings me into what I am watching or listening to. Had issues at first linking it to the new TV. Rep (Customer service) helped with all my issues. Now I'm a happy camper. Movies, sports and music all sound wonderful.

This an excellent affordable and powerful soundbar with surround speakers. For its size and specs it provides enveloping and immersive sound with good bass.

The sound quality on the LG S70TR is very good, especially for the price. One of the standout features is the dedicated center channel for dialogue—it actually works. Even during loud action scenes, voices remain clear and easy to understand without constantly adjusting the volume. The subwoofer delivers solid bass, and while the rear speakers get the job done, they could be a bit more powerful or immersive. That said, they still add a nice surround effect for movies and TV. Overall, this is a well-rounded home theater system that offers great value for the money. If you’re looking for clear dialogue and immersive sound without breaking the bank, the S70TR is a strong choice.

Great addition to my new LG TV. Setup is easy and the sound is great

At the recommendation of the store associate, I purchased this sound system with my new LG c5 OLED TV. I was happy with my 2 year old soundbar, but I figured why not get a complete package. I am so glad that I got this with my TV. The surround sound brings my new TV to life in ways I never realized that it could. The wireless speakers have sounds coming out of them when watching movies and tv shows that I never knew were there. Just be aware that one of the rear speakers does need to be plugged in and then a wire ran connecting the second speaker. It is not a completely wireless system. With all that being said, I would not hesitate to purchase this again. This pairs perfectly with my LG C5 OLED and the WOW Orchestra is an amazing feature, utilizing the TV speakers as well.

Easy setup, great sound. Very impressed that it worked quickly and perfectly with my Samsung TV.
