Versus other soundbars with no Atmos…very noticeable. Sound is immersive and games/movies have never been sounded as great! Price is unmatched! Works perfectly.

Not what we were told

When installers arrived to place TV and surround system we were told the rear speakers were wired together which would I fact not work for us. They took the surround system back with them. Very disappointed!

Open box filthy but good sound.

When I opened it, the components were filthy. Obviously a display unit. Would be nice if Best Buy cleaned open box items before shipping. The unit functions as advertised. Sound quality is good but not great.

The Vizio had a rich, full sound no matter the source. This new LG sound bar sounds AMAZING, at times. However, if I am watching a lesser channel on TV (think ion, or channel 5.3), it sounds hollow and tinny. Almost like only the center speaker is working. Not rich and full at all. This is attached correctly with an HDMI cable to an LG OLED C3 TV. Overall, very disappointed. I have had bluetooth speakers that sound better. Only advantage is that it powers on when the TV powers on. The old one, I needed to hit the volume up button. Side note and bit of a pet peeve, if the sound is muted on the TV, the sound comes back on if you hit down on the volume. Not sure if this is the TV or the soundbar
