When installers arrived to place TV and surround system we were told the rear speakers were wired together which would I fact not work for us. They took the surround system back with them. Very disappointed!

cannot hear voices

I've tried a couple different 2.1 HDMI cables with the same result. Connection is flakey. Works great with optical input, but I need the HDMI. So it's going to get returned.

Disappointed and not worth the hassle

The speakers would go in and out every 5minutes. Finally called tech support and the answer was to reset it to factory settings. After doing this every other day, I was done and had to return it.
