A Huge Disappointment!

I was unable to listen before buying in the store as none of the soundbars were hooked up, but I know the name and reputation and this was not the cheapest soundbar set. The sound is mediocre, and sometimes I have to hit the up volume button 15-20 times to notice an increase in volume. The most irritating thing is that neither the remote nor the bar have any indicator showing either the volume level or when you ate adjusting the volume either way. I have never seen a bar without this indicator. I do not recommend this product.

We totally get how you’re feeling about the whole “wireless” thing and the wait for your refund. While the soundbar does have a wireless connection with the subwoofer and rear speakers, they still need to be plugged into a power outlet.

Als rear speakers need to be tethered with speaker wire. Maybe suitable for a small room??

For your model, try re-pairing the subwoofer and rear speakers. Power on the soundbar and check the indicator lights; they should be solid when connected. If they blink, press and hold the Pairing button on the subwoofer or rear speaker until the light blinks rapidly, then wait for automatic reconnection. Keep the soundbar and speakers close to minimize interference.
