    Im giving this two stars since the subwoofer completely stopped working after one day. The rest of the system works fine for the price.

    Sound system said wireless but they are not Returned them in their original box a day after we received it with returned TV but not received a refund yet. That was 3 weeks ago.

    If you have to buy a soundbar with your TV then something is very wrong. Either it was too loud or not loud enough. This would probably be a great soundbar if you have a big living room with high ceilings.

    This sound bar works well when it works. However, I am unable to control the volume with my remote. There are times when I have to turn off the TV and turn it back on in order for it to work.

    Disappointing sound. Lacking quality features.

    Low end LG surround system with awful controls and cumbersome menus. Very hard to set up. The surround is nice when you figure out how to adjust, but the system isn't powerful enough to give good bass and sound without sound distortion. It's like the speakers can't handle it being too loud. If your an audiophile, invest in a more powerful and feature rich system. I would not recommend this at all. Poor quality sound. Up firing speaker does not have a standard front speaker also. Sounds tinny. You get what you pay for. Stick with their premium brand or any other mid range brand to avoid distortion. This should be 199 considering the sound and lack of features.

    This soundbar was just OK. Even with the subwoofer it was lacking “fullness” in the sound. Voice was very clear, which was nice, but I don’t feel this is worth the price.

    Purchased as excellent condition open box, when I opened the box the unit had a lot of cosmetic damage. Contracted customer service and that was a total waste of time. On the positive side it seems to be working for now. Buyer beware!!!

    I purchased an excellent condition open box geek squad certified sound bar. I planned on running a HDMI cable through the wall and purchased the appropriate length separately. I want to unpack the supposedly excellent condition set up and took an inventory. No remote two of the three required power cables. The sound bar grill has a huge dent in it and all of the speakers are scratched. It is unusable. I am returning it. Hey Best Buy!!! Do better!!! I would not even rate this as fair condition. Geek squad certified… yeah ok! It’s going back and I would like compensation for my trouble.

    Poor sound quality-- granted that the space size i used this in is 400 sq feet so may have something to do with it, but the sound was so bad that no matter the setting words could not be understood. Als rear speakers need to be tethered with speaker wire. Maybe suitable for a small room??
