    Fatiguing sound, annoying modes, fake center chnl.

    Device is a good value, however the sound is really annoying with the fake 'center'/height channel. If you do not constantly adjust it, you lose the commentary/center channel. Switching between sports and movies is awful, really highlights the flaw in this height/center channel. I could not stand the sound from this soundbar as it fatigued my ears.

    Was very disappointed with this sound system. It was not cheap and just did not sound as it should for the price and product name. And it was a complicated set up as well. Wish this worked as well as the 4 LG TV's I have in house.

    This system is okay. The cons is you can’t adjust the sound levels to your preference. It only allows you to select form their options I.e. standard, cinema, music, game. For the cost of this system, I expext much more. My Vizio is a far superior sound system. I will be retuning this system because I cant justify the cost for the lack of features. If you want basic this will be great for you.

    Very Very Weak Subwoofer!!!

    If you like subwoofer bass, avoid this soundbar. Even at max settings, the subwoofer performance is lukewarm. I was not expecting it to compete with my Sonos Arc system. However, my Vizio M51ax-J6 has a far better subwoofer performance; This LG system should at least be on par with that and maybe slightly better. For $400, this is unacceptable. I will return this soundbar.

    This item is marketed as a wireless unit. It is wireless only between the base & the woofer.

    Sound was terrible and couldn’t adjust the volume, so returned for a better model that turned out to be just as bad.

    Poor quality product and even worse retailer help

    Product defective from date of purchase. Tried to get it working with resets and time. Missed my return window by one day. 15 day returns only with Best Buy. Last purchase from Best Buy for me. Sad I loved them for many years. Zero help.

    Dont buy open boxes online

    I bought a excellent condition open box of this product, and when i received it, it was missing lots of peices, had random cords in the box that didnt go with the product, and then the bar wouldn’t even turn on. I have bought open box before in store, with no issue. This was like I got sent somthing that wasnt even looked at before shipping it to me. When i returned it the gentleman behind the counter said they have had a lot of issues with online open boxes being returned for the same reason. I have no review on the product as it did not work, but I definitely don’t recommend buying open box online.

      If you're finding the bass a bit weak, a simple tip is to switch the Sound Effect mode to either Bass Blast or Cinema using the remote. Those modes really amp up the low-frequency output.     when i bought it i plugged everything in and it worked fine for the night the next day I turned it on and and the sound bar was not connecting to anything no matter what I tried super dissapointing

    After 1 month the sound bar still does not work. Waiting for the 3rd appointment to install. No one at the store knows how to connect to TV. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again!

    Volume is nice, but bass from the subwoofer is almost non-existent. For a $400 soundbar, I expected much better. My old Vizio soundbar from 7+ years ago sounds better than this.
