Major issues connecting it to the tv and the rear

This new one is a bit of a loser. First, it took forever to link it to the new LG tv. It would not link with HDMI, and I finally got it to work with the optical cable. (nothing about that in the instructions) After several tries, it finally paired with the rear speaker box. However, the rear speakers do not produce sound. Still working on that problem.

Worst soundbar system we have ever bought

We loved the price and the reviews it had before we bought it but ever since we got it there has been something wrong with it. The rear speakers will never stay conncted and same with the subwoofer. The sound cuts in and out all the time. LG customer service will not help us and paid for geek squad protection and they have never been able to help us either. I paid $450 for a system and protection plan for nothing because I can never get it to work and nobody will help us. Will be switching back to a samsung system.

Sounds good, but annoying display
