Not TRUELY wireless.

Will not stay connected , turns itself off . Will I would have bought a different brand . Never buy a LG again. LG = Large garbage

cracking popping noises whistles all kinds defect

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutley terrible soundbar system would not recommend for any home theater enthusiast This sound bar is plagued with problems from the get go it makes hissing sounds crackling popping and whistle noises no matter the configuration and how you place the speakers this speaker sound bar system speaks manufacturer defect on a higher skill then usual i am very dissapointed after going through two units of the same sound bar system i well not be purchasing this or recommending it to anyone if i could give it negative 100 stars or even zero stars i would DO BETTER THEN THIS LG YOU MANUFACTURER TVS WELL NOW MAKE BETTER ON YOUR SOUNDBAR DEPARTMENT

LG Soundbar is AWFUl!

After multiple calls with LG support I ended up returning this soundbar to Best Buy. It would not connect to my LG tv at times no matter what input I tried. Resetting both the tv and the soundbar fixed the issue once, but it soon happened again. It would show as connected but no sound would play. In addition to this fatal flaw, I found the remote UI to be a disaster. Non intuitive and confusing. Also this was my 2nd soundbar. The first one had a dead rear channel that could not be corrected with troubleshooting via LG support. I was very disappointed in this product especially since it was connected to newer LG tv. Very poor product. You can do far better LG!

Bad for music

None of the equalization settings available fixed the issue. Bass never sounded right, but also missing something else. Returned this item even though I bought it on sale for $350 since I wanted to use it for music in addition to TV.

LG Soundbar issues

Every week the sound goes off and affects my tv. No sound comes through. The way I fixed the problem is to unplug the soundbar from its power source and plug it back in. I’m a member of my Best Buy Total. I call about the problem, I was told I have to pay $160 for them to take down my soundbar and speakers and I would have to brig it to Best Buy for them to see what the problem is. When I was sold this membership I was told everything was covered. Not a happy customer, considering cancelling my membership.

Poor subwoofer and overall sound quality

The subwoofer only does something if you have dolby atmos content. Center is too quiet even after turning up that channel. Honestly confused as to what made LG think this was a $700 system at one point.

Do better LG

The Bluetooth cuts out constantly. Have to unplug and reset to reconnect. I tried HDMI and optical cable but then the rear speakers dont work.

Not the sound I want

I had a Sony Home Theater System. It was in my bedroom but old system great sound but with wires. I purchased a new bedroom set so I wanted an upgrade. The problem is the Sony is 1000watts. This is only 350. Not happening at all. I will be returning.

Test Speakers within a week

It sounds blown and I have never maxed out the volume or gotten past 50 because it starts to sound muffled. I wish I had tested the soundbar day 1 and known then. I would have definitely returned the speakers back.

Poor Sound Quality and High Pitch Screeching

I bought this to upgrade my LG 2.1 sound bar + sub which has been working great for years. The sound quality is bad have to turn it up over 50 percent just to get decent sound. The Sub is not very powerful and the small speakers have to be wired and barely any sound was coming out of them. On top of that loud screeching sound every few minutes when watching Dolby Atmos content. I returned the product a day later.
