Garbage

I ignored warnings of other reviews, this thing has a mind of it's own. Randomly switching inputs, turns off, bluetooth drops. I've had it for a month and wanted to exchange for something twice as expensive, buy a new Xbox to boot, and Best Buy won't do it. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS 14 DAYS. WHO DOES THAT?! Cancelling my Best Buy credit card and never shopping here again. Awful product, worse customer service.

Easily the WORST home theater purchase of my life!

Shuts itself off on its own with NO light indicator for off/on to know, changes audio setting (voiding my presets) REGULARLY, etc., etc. I thought spending extra on the LG thinking it would pair more easily with the LG tv but they're like enemies, battling over audio control back and forth. DO NOT BUY THIS!

The Surround Sound feature was not very well done with the remote speakers only operating in extreme sound conditions.

It cost a lot of money to not get what we needed;

We are having to buy $200 worth of 4 inches of panels to hopefully are able to use our LD with channel sandbar. ld tv

Get yourself something better

Terrible, Buggy, Compatibility issues with LG TVs

They usually sound good in the store and I have an LG Oled. I thought it'd be a perfect combination it was anything but. I found it really annoying to use, lots of weird sync issues including lip syncing to audio drops every few seconds to not properly mixing the sound, especially the center channel. Just a really horrible experience and a piece of junk. Very disappointed with LG. I have owned 3 LG TVs for over 5 yrs and used numerous soundbars with them, so I know how to use audio with LG TVs and yes, I'm aware they don't support DTS-X, but that's never been an issue before and my audio issues occurred no matter what the mix was.

Not what I expected...

The rear speakers dont sound good at all and i really don't like that you need to connect them to a receiver. The system should have been all wireless.

Needed to connect to my phone through bluetooth despite hooking up to LG C1. What made it worse was once it got connected, the rear speakers didnt connect. Ugh. Found out the only way i could connect the rears was to go through the LG app. After all of this, finally got all speakers to connect and the system sounded like they were underwater. Played around with the sound for about 3 full hours before i finally gave up.

No power soundbar

It will not power on at all. Changed outlets, changed power cords and still would not power on. Bad product and probably packed without testing, will not buy again. Wasted lot of time, picking up from store, unpacking and then packing back again and bringing it back to store, too much hassle, stay away.

Scratching Sound/Like cat scratching couch

Below Average Soundbar

Soundbar was too low, always watched stuff with volume at about 60, I do have a bigger livingroom than average. Cinema mode was unusable due to a feedback screeching sound. I used it with a Samsung S95c, tv speakers are probably better TBH.

LG Soundbar….” not so fast my friends”!!

We were really looking forward to both the purchase as well as using the new system. He( sales person) told us several facts that were not accurate. Then, a week later, when he sees me walking into his department, he abruptly walks away. Both the salesman & Sound System are guilty of under delivering

Only good for six months

bestbuy open box sucks Christmas morning ruined

Open box excellent condition is supposed to mean all the components are there, I had to spend an extra $30 online to buy a new power cord which is irritating cause now my fathers out of a Christmas present till the replacement adapter I order arrives. BEWARE OF BUYING BESTBUY OPEN BOX

Static/crackling sound

I had to stop the movie to turn off the soundbar thinking it’ll stop making the noise. That didn’t work. I checked the wiring and everything checked out perfectly. The noise kept coming back. So returned it for a Sonos.
