Wish i could give it a zero. Volume control issues

If you manage to get this junk to work the minute you power off your TV it resets it. Power back ok the TV and you have to start rhe processs all over again. Whats the point of wireless if the rear speakers have a massive unit to connect. Why no jaut make each individual speaker wireless. Biggest junk LG has ever produced.

Disappointing

Not at all what I expected from a 5 speakers unit

Absolutely bad decision. After about two months, I returned it to get a Sonos Arc paired with Sub Mini, best decision. Based on my experience with this unit, I think LG should stick with making TVs and leave the speaker space to those who already figured it out.

Waste of money

Was over. Although it still works, there’s an escalating screaming sound that comes out of it so I had to turn it off every couple hours. From there when it is working I have giant crackling things coming from the back tweeters.

Worst experience

This definitely is a worst experience on the purchase I am making with best buy.. no commitment.. don't have an honor.. treat customer like a fool.. keep juggling for more than 2 hours.. no one know who is responsible.. buggy IT system.. no proper details.. Software Update makes soundbar unusable

This feature kills the soundbar and creates an unbearable echo which you are not allowed to turn off. It’s $400 junk now. I would avoid this product at all costs

Speakers don't work

There sound bar won't connect directly and can only work via BluTooth. Ordered a different one. Geek Squad was great. And, the first Soundbar was replaced with a different one. It still doesn't work.

Bluetooth issues

Not worth it LG 5.1.2

Gerk squad came out three different times and they have internment connections. I would stay away from purchasing this unit. Stick to badic soundbar and woofer. Dont waste your money on this one.
