    Totally Awesome!!!!, but I did not get instructions for the remote control to set bass and tremble and surround sound.

    Product was great… at first. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband but shortly after Christmas the product started crackling and popping. All audio was disturbed by this terrible staticky sound. If you don’t mind having to turn your speakers on and off again multiple times just in one film, these are the ones for you!

    Open box “good” ‘means only sub and bar no rear

    Beware if you buy this open box “good” condition it says non essentials part may be missing, they consider the two rear speakers non essential???? I just came to pick it up and they were trying to give me the soundbar and sub woofer alone??? I didn’t even take it, just told them to keep it and cancel my order. Waste 50$ for the uber there & back ugh

    It's good when it works

    When it works it sounds great. A few of the settings sound tinny and bad, but there are plenty of good ones. It frequently loses connection forcing us to turn the TV on and off until it reconnects.

    LG sound bar comparison with my old one

    It’s sounds ok compared to my old one, the bass is not as good as my old one Vizio. The Vizio was much easier to assemble, I give it an 8 compared to a 10 of my old sound bar.

    It doesn’t really get loud enough which I feel like would be an issue across the board. The soundbar rattles and occasionally crackles which gets really annoying. This may be a manufacturer defect though.

    Best Buy review - purchasing in store experience

    The experience in store was horrible. Wasn’t busy. Hardly anyone to assist. When someone finally came it appeared as though my fiancé and I was bothering him. Wasn’t very helpful. I knew more about the products than him. I just ended up going online and purchasing my product. Usually buy a lot from Best Buy over the years so this was really disappointing to be quite honest. Spent an hour and change there and couldn’t wait to leave because I was trying my best not to lose it.

    I purchased an lg soundbar roughly 7 yrs ago sounds like a theatre, js recently purchased this unit and seems like the bass on the subwoofer is js treble i have tried everything, there is no bass and it speaker is on, why is my old soundbar sounds better than new and paid more? Help

    BUYER BEWARE!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I owned an LG 5.1 soundbar system for 3 years until it had a factory defect which affected everyone. Contacted LG, gave me a 20% discount on another LG soundbar, which lead me to this trash. The sound is absolutely awful, and there's nothing you can do to fix it. You can try to make it "bearable" by changing the EQ settings constantly, but screw that. Don't fall for the price drop. Returned it after 1 week, and ended up with a 5.1 Vizio which is fantastic. I'll never purchase LG again.

    Loud pitch screeching noise randomly.

    I have a Tcl 6 series and I had to return it twice. Randomly in cinema mode itll make a high pitch screetching noise that wouldn't stop until I swapped pre sets. This wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't for the other audio presets are extremely low and cannont hear anything. Perhaps it works well with a Lg tv but would not recommend this to anyone.

    Open box with no remote so I couldn't confrol settings. Sound was terrible. Possibly could have changed settings with remote. I returned it.
