Wireless subwoofer is horrible

The subwoofer barely puts out any bass and that's when it's actually connected. It constantly pops and crackles as it connects and disconnects from the sound bar and it was sitting right next to it. You have to turn the sound bar up very loud to get much out of it. Maybe I got a bad one, but will not be trying and LG again.

My husband & I went into the store to browse the current sales for TV's. KJ was patient, funny & VERY knowledgeable about tv's. He gave us a demonstration on the TV & sound bar. He also gave us advice & suggestions. Well, we purchased the 65in LG TV & LG sound bar. We're very happy.
