The LG S80TR Sound Bar with wireless subwoofer and rear speakers, work flawlessly with our LG TV. We love that it works with the LG controller that came with the TV.

Sound is ok and setup is easy plug and play. But the way the wireless speakers connect makes home wifi unusable. I guess they connect over the 5Ghz band which is how routers work as well, causing massive interference. Was suggested to buy a new router and change the wifi channel but I’m no IT guy and not willing to do that. Will be returning to store tomorrow unless I can figure out how to make it work.

Great budget sound system for a casual listening experience

I've owned this since February, and everything was fine at first. It isn't very loud. But I adjusted. Last month, the audio started cutting in and out on the rear speakers. I have spoken with LG customer service twice and was told to do a full reset. This solves the problem for about a week, but then it returns to the same issue. My TVs are all Samsung, and I listened to the salesperson and bought this. I regret it. The unit is still under warranty, but I'd have to box it up and ship it to LG and await testing/repair/replacement, which will be 7-10 business days. I wish I could give this zero stars, and I will never buy LG again. This is clearly a lemon and I am not happy!!!

I drove a long way to pick this up at Best Buy Thousand Oaks. The guy at the counter assured me all items were in the box: cables, remote, etc. He lied to my face; all were missing. No cables, remote, etc. I had to drive to another Best Buy and return it. Unforgivably irresponsible and glib! Avoid Best But Thousand Oaks at all costs!
