    Open-box Excellent condition is a joke

    Purchased an open-box in excellent condition twice. First time they didn’t include the remote control, hdmi cable, or wall mount, and the subwoofer had a dent in it. Second time they didn’t send the remote control, power adapter to the sound bar, or the wall mount. Had to drive 45 min each way twice to return. Needless to say don’t buy open-box.

    Look at the reviews on the Google playstore. The LG Soundbar app is useless. There is no way to manage the soundbar. If it isn't perfect right out of the bad you're hosed. This one is going back.

    This is an okay sound bar for the price. If you have around $1000 to burn on a sound system, there is better options out there(Sonos, Samsung and Sony have better sound). I would not recommend this product.

    BestBuy beware -You go to a big box retailer thinking that you’re going to get great support and if anything goes wrong, you’ve got them to back you up. Not true - you might as well buy from a wholesaler because you’re going to get 15 days to return the item and after that you’re on your own. I’ve been wasting hours trying to navigate how to resolve an issue that showed up after a month on a very expensive product that should be well supported, but nothing.

    I was looking to upgrade the sound on my LG OLED tv and was looking at the Bose systems. I hade a small Bose sound bar that was not expensive but the sales clerk told me I should try the LG system for my tv. It was easy to install but no improvement in the sound over the basic Bose bar, so after a week I returned it for something different.

    Only worked for a couple months past warranty & Best Buy would not help with repair or replacement, We had the Geeks install so that was an extra expense & bought Us noting when it came to dealing w/Worst Buy about warranty. Don't Waste Your $$$$$.

    We purchased the LG C3 77" and wanted a good soundbar. We bought this speaker, and when we hooked it up, we did not hear a big difference. We were expecting to hear sounds from the left, right, and behind us. Nope, just in the front. The bass is very weak. I would recommend another soundbar.

    Not my ideal soundbar

    Took my as an IT professional 3 hours to setup. I could never get it to provide sound louder nor better than the TV in 30 days. I looked into getting rear speakers but I did not want to run wires around the living room which is open to the kitchen. I returned this for a Sonos Beam and two Sonos One SL’s for a complete surround sound system. I’m glad I made the switch to Sonos as it provides the expected surround sound I’m after.

    The worst soundbar i ever heard, worst center channel, worst surrond sound features. If your looking for a good soundbar the 3.1.3 version will do you a little more justice with center, surround and cinema audio but overall do not purchase this.

    Zero stars. Item was defective. Paid for installation. I had to remove the sound bar and return to store. Depside numerous calls to numerous call centers I have been unable to schedule an appointment to have a replacement installed. Finally I texted the tech that installed the sound bar and he scheduled an appointment but I have to wait two weeks. The appointment is Jan 3rd. I receive a text message from Best Buy on Dec 30 that it is canceled and I have to reschedule. Another nightmare begins. I miss Circuit City.

    Sound quality just slightly better than that in the TV. Sub woofer is the only improvement. If they had wireless speakers to support this sound bar I would probably buy them to give me more of a surround type system.

    Bought it on sale but unfortunately one of the side speakers was blown out. I put some music and tbh it didnt sound too bad.
