    Work really good, it is a little different having lights for the sound instead of numbers. Rear speakers work great.

    Be warned about out of box purchaeez!!

    This review is more about the service than the actual product. I bought this product as a like new out of box purchase online for a new place i was moving into in a month. Product came sealed with “security tape” and an “inspected by best buy” sticker. Went to install the product the day i moved, opened the box and the rear speakers were missing. I called customer service and was told i was out of luck because 15 days had passed since i purchased it. The customer service rep was unwilling to help find a solution to this problem in anyway. Told me for all he knows the product could’ve shown up complete and I am trying to pull a fast one. As they have no way to verify that the product came in complete. I was told I would have to contact the store that shipped it to me from the online purchase. Previously in the call, he had told me that stores don’t take calls and everything is routed to a call center. With that being said, I asked how I’m supposed to contact the store that sold it to me online and he said I would have to physically go there. The store that sold it to me is 120 miles away. I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of product from Best Buy over the years, but I’m not sure they’ll get another cent from me at this point.

      As a troubleshooting step for future assemblies, once you have the full kit, power on the soundbar and press the SURROUND button on the remote to initiate the surround-sound test. This quick test will verify that the rear speakers are properly detected before you complete installation. You can also confirm that your TV’s audio output (eARC or Optical) is set to Bitstream with Dolby Digital to ensure all channels—including the rears—are recognized.

    Unfortunately I considered this to be underwhelming, my much older LG soundbar/subwoofer has much better bass and clearer tone, a lot of wires and cheap quality. Not the right choice if you already have poor cable management.

    This thing is a pile of junk. I got it on sale as an open box but labeled "brand new" just had damaged box and only paid about $170 and that was far too much money for this. It constantly disconnects from the satellite speakers and makes crackling sounds in them. The sound quality is not great at all. If I had paid full price for this I would be so just kind blown at how bad the product is for the price.
