It seems like the sound does not match the picture and it gets worse the longer you watch it. I double checked the instructions and I’m sure it’s hooked up correct. Sound is ok for the price.

We purchased an excellent condition open box item. It was delivered in a box that fit anything and was damaged and missing rear speakers. We were forced to return it to a store and were informed by manager at store, that we should not trust open box items. We ordered a new product. We seen that item was a sale at a lower price, but apon texting customer service, that our purchase was 3 days past the return date, that they would not price match. We were out $50.00 Sounds like Best Buy has taken a step back
