    I believe our salesman was Jason. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took all the time necessary with us to answer any and all of our questions to lead us to the right choice for us. This man is great and oh my stars, the Geek Squad was amazing! These guys know what they are doing! I stressed for nothing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This is the second LG sound bar. The one I replaced was over 10 years old and the kids wrecked the optical cord connectors. Otherwise it would still be going

    The product is good. We purchased an excellent condition open box item. It was delivered in a box that fit anything and was damaged and missing rear speakers. We were forced to return it to a store and were informed by manager at store, that we should not trust open box items. We ordered a new product. We seen that item was a sale at a lower price, but apon texting customer service, that our purchase was 3 days past the return date, that they would not price match. We were out $50.00 Sounds like Best Buy has taken a step back

    what you get for the cost is incredible. if you’re looking for a budget surround sound this is the one the subwoofer is very powerful and responsive.

    I payed for item only to find out package had been switched and received " Open Package" got Money back but no comment,or apology from Manager..Never again

    Was very good for the price. Only downfall is the base speaker quality? I’ll give it a two star out of five star but not bad for the price I just wish Samsung come up with a better base speaker.

    We love these. Bought for my husband for our bedroom but have used them in the family room. They work great but they don’t deliver a punch or a boom that I would expect and dialogue is still hard to hear. I would definitely recommend these for the price and for the quality.

    We have tried to get the rear wireless speakers to work, to no avail. There are no real instructions, other than online. Totally disappointed. No support to reach out to on this too. Unfortuntely, threw the boxes away, before making sure it works.

      Thank you for taking the time to submit your review about the LG - 5.1-Channel S60TR Home Theater Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers, Dolby Audio - Black, Model # S60TR.
      We regret to read about the issues you are experiencing with connecting the rear speakers, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
      When the rear speakers connect automatically to the soundbar, the LEDs on the back of the wireless speakers will light up green, and you can check the connection status by looking at the LEDs on the back. Green indicates a successful connection, red indicates a bad connection or that the speakers are in standby mode.
      If you see a red LED on the back of the wireless rear speakers, it means that the sound bar is not connected to the wireless rear speakers.
      If this is the case, you can connect them manually in the following order:
      Press the Power button on the sound bar to turn it off.
      Press the PAIRING button on the back of the wireless rear speakers.
      Check if the LED on the back of the subwoofer or wireless rear speakers is blinking green.
      If you still see a red LED on the back of the wireless rear speakers, press and hold the PAIRING button again, then press the soundbar's power button to turn it on.
      You will see the LED light on the back of the wireless rear speakers light up green when the connection is established.
      Please ensure that you keep the rear speakers at least 1 foot away from the TV or a monitor, and to prevent any wireless interference, keep the sound bar, wireless subwoofer, and wireless rear speakers at least 1 foot away from any peripheral devices that generate strong electromagnetic waves (e.g. wireless routers, microwave ovens, etc.).

    Pairing with the LG UT 75 was very easy and they sound great together. I wish LG made a bracket to mount to the sound bar to bottom of the television! Would still recommend

    With the subwoofer under the TV and a speaker on each side table, I’m able to hear everything. When I first hooked it up, it was making some crackling noises and I couldn’t hear the dialogue. I had to unplug everything two different times and then it worked well.

    purchased this soundbar 09/2024 and it has blown the subwoofer.... 2yrs and 7mo after purchase... first time we have gotten sub par products (LG)... Not very happy about having to go buy another one.

      Hi, Monique. Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand the importance of having your LG Soundbar (S60TR) model and subwoofer performing reliably. A subwoofer may appear to be malfunctioning due to a minor connection issue rather than a hardware problem. Before thinking it's broken, try re-pairing it. (1) Turn off the soundbar using the Power button.

      (2) Press the PAIRING button on the back of the wireless subwoofer. Check that the LED on the back begins to blink green.

      (3) If the LED does not blink, press and hold the pairing button again until it does.

      (4) Turn the soundbar back on.

      (5) When the connection is successfully re-established, the LED on the back of the subwoofer will light up solid green.
