Getting a hold of best buy to take a look at it is impossible. 3 hours total time on the phone and unfriendly people and they said take it to the manufacturer and I told them I have the total service plan and it has only been 6 days and I was basically told too bad. I am done with best buy and had issues with the company (3rd party seller) antonline, very rude and impersonal. so dont buy from them either, I have been a good customer for decades. this blew it

But I find the sound quality to be just ok. I still have issues hearing dialogue, there is a setting for that. But it sounds off. Like artificial? Its pretty jarring.

Lower the Dialogue Setting: If the current dialogue enhancement feature sounds too jarring, try turning it off completely or reducing its intensity if your soundbar offers a tiered setting (e.g., Clear Voice Pro, or a level from 1 to 5). Sometimes, a smaller boost makes a difference without the artificial sound.
Adjust the Center Channel Level: Dialogue is primarily output through the soundbar's center channel. If your soundbar remote or the LG Sound Bar app allows for independent channel adjustment, try manually increasing the volume level of the Center Channel (CEN) slightly (e.g., from 0 to +1 or +2). There is not method to make it the default input. Otherwise, speakers sound fine for this price. Don't buy if you are hoping to only use your TV Remote for sound control.

As such it was never hooked up and I cannot rate it much to my disappointment. The score of one star is for Best Buy a not related to the speakers.
