    Accidently the loose knob fell inside the oven and it melted. Note that each knob is 75/- without shipping charges. Best buy does not have a support system for any spare parts. Parts found on Amazon do not fit right too. Still figuring out solution.

    I am very disappointed in the quality of this LG range. I have many LG appliances, but this range is really generic. The material dents with the slightest touch, finish scratches extremely easily (LG said there's nothing they can do about it, it's not their problem, and it's not covered under their warranty), it is just overall extremely poor quality. The first range delivered had a defective touchpad, Best Buy was awesome, acted fast, & switched it out for a new one, but LG quality on this range model is terrible!!
