I reviewed and compared so many gas ranges before purchasing this. Finally chose this for a great price match from best buy. The customer service rep at Appliances section was a great support.The delivery was very fast. I use the gas range heavily for cooking although its been only 4 days. Its too early to review but so far am very satisfied. The cast iron gets a little hot but not too bad. Cleaning has been easy. Oven preheats quickly and the convection backing is great. I do wish there were atlas 2 super burners for the kind of cooking I do.

The whole point of getting a unit with 5 burners is so you can use most of them at once. You can't use the back and front burner at the same time. You may be able to use small pot in the back, and maybe small pots in the middle, but don't expect to use a full size pot. Most burners are quite large, making you think you can use large pots on all burners. Not the case, stove top area way too small. Plus back panel takes away another 3 inches of stove-top space. Poor design, it's a shame as burners, and oven work quite well. Just not enough real estate. Unless you own skinny pots...lol

I was excited to get and use this oven, and while that works great. The buttons to set your temperature and timer are very hard to push. In addition, the black top of the stove is quite difficult to keep clean. Otherwise all works well. Have had for three months and no other complaints. Oven preheats quickly. Storage drawer beneath is a plus.

I just replaced my 16 years old gas range with this new stainless LG gas range. And immediately my kitchen turned into a beautiful and luxury kitchen. Everything works great and enjoy cooking with this new range.

This did not work 'out of the box'. The clock couldn't be set as the control panel was dead. Therefore the oven couldn't be used. The LG Technician couldn't get anything to work and showed me the reason. The PCB with the micro-switches that sits behind the control panel was located so far from the panel that you would need to poke a hole in the panel with a screwdriver to operate it (his words). Clearly never tested at the factory and not checked by the installers.. Looking at the Best Buy and LG reviews, I found 3 other customers with what appears to be the same problem. Therefore I was not confident that a replacement stove would be correct. Neither Best Buy nor LG would consider an upgrade so all 4 of these new LG appliance have been returned in favour of another brand and store. Ultimately the loss to LG &/or Best Buy will be significantly more to deliver/collect and re-sell these used items than it would have cost to make me satisfied.

The worst range I have ever owned. In 6 years, I have had the oven serviced twice, and I the same problem is going to happen again. I am getting rid of it. Also, the dials in the front are a hazard, and the convection is awful.

Bottom storage drawer will not open. None of the controls work. Can not turn on the oven or set the clock.

This gas oven is the worst oven ever. It does not pre-heat without an error code. It is a piece of junk! Unfortunately we only found out what a piece of junk it was after the warranty expired. Stay away from this junk!
