Great product. I am glad I bought it, I recommend it

Brand new and the the oven won’t ignite. Two weeks to get a repair man here. Couldn’t find the part they need to order. Who knows how long until i can actually use the oven on my BRAND NEW range. Not a happy customer . Disappointed with Best Buy and LG for not doing more to make this right!

I am purposely writing this review after a few months of use and we are disappointed by the quality of the tray surrounding the burners. We never have any spills or anything, just regular food cooking and the tray looks like its never been cleaned. I tried almost all cleaning products but the food stains wont go away. The same with oven area, the coating is absolutely uneasy to clean. I will probably end up buying a new range in a few months from now. Complete waste of money.

I have not heard back from manager how they will resolve the problem. I went to the store since I could never get someone to answer the phones and have not heard back regarding a resolution in over three weeks. The flame never worked from day one and was told the air needs to come out of the lines. I am not happy that no one has gotten back to me!

One item came came damaged and could not be replaced

This oven does not work. Although I have visited and called Best Buy several times, to date the oven has not been repaired or replaced.

Hate this item, does not stay clean, the tones are terrible, hard to set temp and timer. It does cook ok.

I didn’t know I could enjoy a range this much. I went to several stores and tried out every range in the store and trust me when I say LG has invested in their quality far above the other brands even those priced at higher price points. All of my baked goods from lasagnas to roasted veggies and whole roasted chicken comes out to crisp perfection with the convection feature. The oven heats quickly, adjusts the temp of a recipe in accordance with the higher baking of the convection and the light feature and timer are great. I had to contact LG about something not related to any problems and their customer service is second to none! You get an actual person and they train them to care and do right by the customer. They’ve won me over for life. Keep up the great work LG!

This is an excellent stove, easy to use. Oven cooks to perfection and easy to clean.

When I buy appliances it's because I have too not because I want a new one. My old one went out after over 20 years so I did ALOT of research before purchasing this one. It is beautiful. The different btu's are very convenient for cooking and simmering. I don't see myself using the convection oven often but that's a personal preference. My husband changed out all the orifices that were supplied so he could hook it to propane. Everything works beautifully. I really like the blue oven my only regret is my old range didn't go out sooner. I LOVE this range can't imagine anyone giving a bad review.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to purchase this range. It looked great in my new kitchen, however there is one flaw and it’s a BIG issue for me. The burner knobs should remain in a locked position but they don’t. My plumber as well as backsplash installers as well as mysel brushed up against the knobs. Sometimes just turning enough to smell gas other times ignighting flame. I have a 3year old living in the house and this flaw frankly scared me enough to return range immediately. My niece bought the same stove when I did and had same problem so I don’t think this is a lemon rather a engineering flaw. My old stove of 20 years never did this. Very disappointed in LG for this seriously dangerous flaw. The other positives of this stove don’t make up for this failed safety feature. What a shame. Would not recommend.

Everything about this thing is amazing - 5 stars, except the effing SONG it sings to you when it's preheated or the timer is done. It's SO loud and obnoxious, I'm considering returning it because I can't spend the next years of my life like this. I can't find a way to change it or even turn it down.
