    We have detected one significant flaw while using this range for only thirty days-the description of the Air Fry feature in the manual does not include any instruction on how to set the Air Fry timer so that a count down does not start before set oven temp has been reached. To complicate matters, the customer service rep at the out sourced, foreign, call center spoke with a majorly heavy accent which made understanding her instructions very difficult. Bottom line-I was able to resolve the issue but not without a fair amount of consternation.

    I love our new oven! It makes a cute beeping song when the cook time is finished, which is entertaining. I love the blue color on the inside! Lots of bells and whistles, especially the air fryer which my husband and I have yet to perfect anything in yet. We have looked up recipes but we’re still learning. I wish this oven came with the air fryer tools. Would have been the icing on the cake, so to speak. I’m still thrilled with it though.
