It would randomly turn off and the display would beep erratically and count backwards from 6. I thought it was nothing, maybe a reset or it got hot? but then it started turning BACK ON last month… after we turned it off after baking or broiling. I baked bread, and turned it off.. and 3 minutes later it turned itself back on to 400* airfry. Unacceptable for a gas stove to just turn itself on, and JUST out of warranty so no one would do anything… LG or Best Buy. Ended up buying a new GE, and scrapping this $1600 oven.

Good Range, Horrible Cooking Racks

Anyone who uses cast iron pans or a Challenger for bread baking beware. The racks won’t hold. We’ll be holding our breath with a big turkey at Thanksgiving. It might collapse the entire rack. If you bake bread or entertain big groups, look at a KitchenAid. It has reinforced racks.

Lots of room in oven and the tap door to turn on light feature is nice.

Great value for the price and air fry feature is really handy. LG ThinQ AI app could definitely improve, but that I believe something will happen over time! Best Buy Service: I received the product with a notable scratch/ paint chip with a minor dent as well. Instead of a replacement, to avoid the hassle of haul, away reinstallation (and also the wait time), I opted for a gift for compensation. (100$). I wish they'd matched the compensated price of the appliance to an open box item price.

They just installed my refrigerator, and dishwasher, the oven and oven vent is coming but am certain it will run superbly like my refrigerator and dishwasher has.

I should say they are not responsive. Otherwise it’s a huge upgrade from what I had so yes I love having the extra middle grill.
