    I purchased this oven over a year ago, and initially I enjoyed the oven and great gas stovetop--the simmer burner is very low, and the power burner is very higher. Unfortunately the convection fan and lcd panel are now faulty, and the temperature is off by around 25-50 degrees, even on non-convection settings. When I went to report this to LG (I was in warranty at the time), my appointment was automatically canceled by the repair person, and LG offered no further support. I'm now faced with either a $450 bill to fix the oven, but I'll likely just buy a new, non-LG device.

    Air fry is junk

    This is just an ok range. The range grills are basically uncleanable. Once food burns on them you cannot get it off. Scrubbing, takes off the finish. The stains dont even remove from cleaning in the dishwasher. The air fry is a joke as it doesnt work well. If you want this oven just for the air fry option you will be better off with a countertop stand alone air fryer. This air fryer does not cook well. The $50 sold seperatly air fry rack is hard to find in stock

    Basically the stove is awesome however I don’t like the fact that you have to use an Apple product for the Wi-Fi, I have an iPad mini not working because it’s too old come on apple

    Besides being the worst oven I ever had, Geek Squad and Best Buy have been the worse for customer service with this issue. We have had the unit for 1 year 4 months and it has broken 2 times with F9 problems for electric. In the past 5 months it has worked for 3.. Communication for getting it fixed has been bery little and I have been on the phone and chat for over 9 hours not including the additional 2 months of having no oven.. This is probably a lemon, but how much time do we have to waste on this..?? Disappointed

    I thought that the Quality of the stainless steel would be stronger and I expected a broiling pan It’s ok but I always go for the best this to me is NOT the Best

    They didn't convert it to propane burns everything oven has bright yellow and orange flame top burners will not adjust to a low simmer

    The stove is nice but the letters from around the knob rubbed off when I cleaned it. I have only had the stove for 4 months.
