Very cheaply made quality, the bottom drawer doesn’t fit and of very poor quality. Inside oven blue coating seems to be easy to scratch just when pulling out the over trays... overall not satisfied. Returning

Very difficult to understand numerous directions. Stovetop burners are very powerful. I just want to cook on a stove, not get a degree in how to use stove. App is useless. Thank God for YouTube videos on how to use it.

I was so excited to have three racks in this new oven. Fast forward a year, the middle rack keeps falling. I also purchased an LG refrigerator a few months later that is freezing over and also outside of warranty. I will never purchase an LG appliance again. Period.

I purchased this stove and the broiler didn’t work. I tech came to replace three parts and it still didn’t work. They had to send me a new stove

I purchased this range 5 months ago and the wording on the control knobs has already rubbed off. I haven't used anything abrasive, I have not used anything abrasive just a fantastic cleaner and a sponge or cloth.

We purchased this unit over a month ago and are still waiting for repair. It was installed and had a faulty air fryer. Also, no one has been helpful and it has taken weeks to try and get repaired and still no luck.

After week working, air frier mode stop working and lower ignitor in oven all of sudden stop working as well. So far, waiting for best buy technical inspection
