    There is a small chip in the inner glass of the door. I noticed it and called best buy spoke with Tim. He transferred me to LG who put me on hold for an hour and disconnected the call. Tim is suppose to call me back to replace the door still waiting...

    This thing started having trouble a few months after we bought it. It would randomly turn off and the display would beep erratically and count backwards from 6. I thought it was nothing, maybe a reset or it got hot? but then it started turning BACK ON last month… after we turned it off after baking or broiling. I baked bread, and turned it off.. and 3 minutes later it turned itself back on to 400* airfry. Unacceptable for a gas stove to just turn itself on, and JUST out of warranty so no one would do anything… LG or Best Buy. Ended up buying a new GE, and scrapping this $1600 oven.

    Worst Stove Experience Ever

    I've bought many appliances from best buy and this has been a horrendously bad experience. 3 delivery reschedules, two separate deliveries and installations of this stove and both defective with no oven due to F9 error. We ask for LG service specialist to fix issue and we're told we have to call LG because its under manufacturer warranty. Ridiculous. We call LG and now 3 days later still no service call. Best buy says they can deliver ac3rd stove we decide that we cannot do this a third time. So were returning it for a GE. Did i mention we had a stove with no working oven, 6 visitors, over thanksgiving. I had to use my neighbors oven. No offer of credit from best buy for all our troubles and no working oven for over 3 weeks. Do not buy this stove. After further research the F9 problem has been experienced by other customer's. Very disappointing.

      The F9 error typically indicates that the upper oven is not heating properly. To try and resolve this issue, we recommend starting with these steps:

      Press the CLEAR/OFF key and try the original function again.
      If the error reappears, turn the circuit breaker for the unit off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
      If these steps don’t resolve the issue or if you're unable to perform them, it’s possible that service will be needed. You can visit our Request a Repair page to schedule a service appointment.

    Power surge that LG says can’t be their fault

    I was in love with the picture and the specs until I brought it home. Right from the get go, this LG product let me down. Installing it was an awful nightmare that we had to walk away from to cool down. We have propane and so we needed to change the orafices. My suggestion is don’t. You have to practically disassemble the entire oven to get to them and heaven help you if you drop one for the range. Now your taking apart the top. We are DIYers and experienced but this caused a row and one of us to stomp off in anger. Once it was assembled, we were so excited! Then the thing started singing a cute little tune. After investigation it seemed like the clock just reset itself. Well now that’s weird, right? Well it continues to reset itself randomly. We called LG and they sent a service technician on Thursday (have owned for 19 days at this point) and when he called LG, they had to read the owner’s manual to determine it’s a power thing. The LG customer service rep declined to send out a new computer module as they were sure that’s not it and it must be our power surging. Um. No. We have never had an electrical issue previously and very minimal usage on that circuit. So now we are stuck with a pretty stove that just randomly surges/sings and it’s too late to return (now at 22 days). Very frustrating. Plus, the air fry option isn’t really an option because LG doesn’t have the tray available yet. I say steer clear.

    I love LG. It is pretty much the only product I buy but our range almost killed my son and wife. We had extremely high levels of carbon monoxide in our house after running the oven for less than 5 minutes. You never think about these detectors until you need them but I am so thankful that I had them operating and new batteries installed. I hope LG will solve this problem. The range was professionally installed, by a Best Buy installer. Not sure yet if it was improperly installed or an issue with the product. Either way, be mindful and make sure your CO detectors are operating correctly!

    Gas leak from burner

    Bought this in December and noticed a gas smell constantly coming from the stove and the gas company found it was a leak from the front burners. We requested a return and exchange in January as we had to shut our gas off to stop the leak, but after 6 weeks of geek squad constantly rescheduling our delivery, we’ve decided to just return this and get a different brand. Extremely frustrating to pay so much for a faulty stove and then to have the return process be such a nightmare.

    Worse oven I have ever bought..

    Besides being the worst oven I ever had, Geek Squad and Best Buy have been the worse for customer service with this issue. We have had the unit for 1 year 4 months and it has broken 2 times with F9 problems for electric. In the past 5 months it has worked for 3.. Communication for getting it fixed has been bery little and I have been on the phone and chat for over 9 hours not including the additional 2 months of having no oven.. This is probably a lemon, but how much time do we have to waste on this..?? Disappointed

    Very cheaply made quality, the bottom drawer doesn’t fit and of very poor quality. Inside oven blue coating seems to be easy to scratch just when pulling out the over trays... overall not satisfied. Returning

    I was so excited to have three racks in this new oven. Fast forward a year, the middle rack keeps falling. I also purchased an LG refrigerator a few months later that is freezing over and also outside of warranty. I will never purchase an LG appliance again. Period.

    Faulty air fryer

    We purchased this unit over a month ago and are still waiting for repair. It was installed and had a faulty air fryer. Also, no one has been helpful and it has taken weeks to try and get repaired and still no luck.

    The oven door has vents on top so expect temperature in the kitchen to be the same as in the oven. The design is ugly and I still did not find wi-fi button.
