A disappointing purchase.

It is cheaply made and looks old even after a month or so of use. If I could have found a better oven in stock to replace my GE Profile that was too old to find replacements parts (or better yet, just the replacement parts), I would have done that. I don't have deep counters, so that limited my options. Issues with this one? Keeping the top clean. Bought a custom mat for stove top to help. The grates are very hard to keep clean. The very small storage drawer made it necessary to find another place for pans. It has no handle and is difficult to slide in and out (slides off track). If I set temp for 350, I want 350, not 325. Why should I have to read the manual to get an adjustment for it's "smart settings" that lower the temp that make my cooking LESS reliable? I purchased the air fryer, which I like, but purchased air fryer liners to minimize the clean up time. Materials for knobs and most of the range are poor quality. I am very disappointed.

Thoroughly Disappointed

It's nice having a large oven area, it looks good, cleans easily, and was truly enjoyable to use. Then the issues began. Eighteen months into ownership and the igniter went on both the oven and the broiler. Had it repaired and eight months later they both went out again. Now LG is telling me that they cannot do anything and they are deeply sorry. After the amount of money I spent on the stove and then the $600 additional repair, I am wondering if I am going have to spend the $600 every 8 or 9 months. I am thoroughly unhappy with Best Buy and LG for not standing behind their products.

Be wary

Bestbuy replaced the unit with a new one. Two weeks later the new unit also failed, oven related issues, but not the same issue. We are now on our third stove, it’s finally working for now…. Hopefully I won’t have to return this third one.

Air fry is junk

Once food burns on them you cannot get it off. Scrubbing, takes off the finish. The stains dont even remove from cleaning in the dishwasher. The air fry is a joke as it doesnt work well. If you want this oven just for the air fry option you will be better off with a countertop stand alone air fryer. This air fryer does not cook well. The $50 sold seperatly air fry rack is hard to find in stock

Buyer beware

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this oven over a year ago, and initially I enjoyed the oven and great gas stovetop--the simmer burner is very low, and the power burner is very higher. Unfortunately the convection fan and lcd panel are now faulty, and the temperature is off by around 25-50 degrees, even on non-convection settings. When I went to report this to LG (I was in warranty at the time), my appointment was automatically canceled by the repair person, and LG offered no further support. I'm now faced with either a $450 bill to fix the oven, but I'll likely just buy a new, non-LG device.

Control Knobs are cheaply made!

I haven't used anything abrasive, I have not used anything abrasive just a fantastic cleaner and a sponge or cloth.

Not a happy purchaser

However, I am not happy with this product (considering the money I spent). It doesn’t clean up very well, inside and out; I’m simply not happy with its performance. I seriously considering purchasing another brand.
