Eh! I thought convection was faster??? LG claims you can cook a brisket in 3 1/2 hours I have my doubts tried to cook a family sized frozen lasagna in this thing and it took longer than the package said and was still not completely cooked so I’m not sure if convection works properly in my unit? Regular oven and air fryer works great the stove top works well. Purchased matching microwave over the range works great. refrigerator and dishwasher are next.

In terms of cooking capabilities? I LOVE this stove. It works exactly as expected. Love the different burner settings, although I personally would prefer that the power burner be on the left, and the more "everyday" setting be on the right. That's just me. Oven heats up FAST, which I appreciate. Instaview works flawlessly and is a nice touch. The Alexa integration is useless. If you have to be standing in front of the stove to hit a button to access it? What in the holy heck is the point???? Absolutely useless, and it's a feature I was really excited about. Same for the air fryer function. No one sells the needed pan, apparently. At least not that I can find. Sounds like it would be a mess in the oven anyway. Stovetop? It is IMPOSSIBLE to keep clean without damage. I already have bubbling on the black stovetop surface. And so many scratches on the stainless front panel as well. Finger-printless surfaces? Where? Everywhere I TOUCH there is a print left behind. The grates are impossible to clean, as are the burner "inserts" I guess you would call them? The black circles that sit on top of the burners. Had a pot of pasta boil over, and now apparently my 2 month old stove has stains I cannot get rid of on those inserts. Permanently burnt on and resistant to any level of cleaning I have tried. Functionally it great. Esthetically? It sucks. I guess I would still recommend, especially if you are not a clean freak.

We've had this range for just over 2 years and up until recently have been pretty happy with it. Within the last month, the digital clock/timer has stopped displaying part of a number. Based on past experience, we expected around 5 years before the range might need any repairs, so we didn't purchase the extended warranty. LG only warrantees for 1 year, so if we want it fixed, it will cost around $175+ just for the part - that doesn't include installation. Apparently this isn't an isolated issue, but after reaching out, LG won't do anything. So if you decide to purchase, I recommend getting an extended warranty - it's cheaper than the replacement parts! Do your research, there may be better products out there! Ugh!

So far so good, but will be swapping it out for a Whirlpool. Had an issue with a LG fridge I purchased on labor day weekend, and within just 2 weeks, I was already having issues. Avoid LG/Samsung when it comes to appliances. Stick to the always reliable brands like GE/Whirlpool/Maytag/Frigidaire/Kitchen Aid. It's working just fine, but since I had that bad experience with my LG fridge, I'd rather avoid another headache. LG/Samsung is all looks, but poor quality. Great brands for TV/Phones only.

The stove and range are very good, but the racks for the oven are so cheap that they can warp and slip out for the sides at high temps. Anyone who uses cast iron pans or a Challenger for bread baking beware. The racks won’t hold. We’ll be holding our breath with a big turkey at Thanksgiving. It might collapse the entire rack. If you bake bread or entertain big groups, look at a KitchenAid. It has reinforced racks.

Product Review: This is a very elegant looking appliance from LG. Great value for the price and air fry feature is really handy. LG ThinQ AI app could definitely improve, but that I believe something will happen over time! Best Buy Service: I received the product with a notable scratch/ paint chip with a minor dent as well. Instead of a replacement, to avoid the hassle of haul, away reinstallation (and also the wait time), I opted for a gift for compensation. (100$). I wish they'd matched the compensated price of the appliance to an open box item price.

So far the range seems fine. The instaview window does not work...knocking on it for light only produces knuckle prints on the glass.. The range is good-delivery was a nightmare! The second time the delivery service showed up they scratched our hardwood floor in the kitchen. When my wife tried to point it out-they ignored her. I guess we should be glad that the second delivery was at least the correct range. We haven't tried the air fry after reading the instructions and the warnings about smoke, etc we probably won't.

First one was dented. Sent wrong part to replace. Had to cancel, return and reorder. Replacement does not work as well. Burners don't fire properly sometimes. Too much hassle to return (again). Airfryer accessory an expensive add on to an already expensive stove.

The range was delivered on Saturday, April 2nd. I used the griddle on Sunday, all the food stuck to the griddle. I couldn't clean it. Non-stick didn't work. I wasn't told that I had to purchase the air fryer pan, broiler pan separately. So far not to happy with the range.

Basically the stove is awesome however I don’t like the fact that you have to use an Apple product for the Wi-Fi, I have an iPad mini not working because it’s too old come on apple

I thought that the Quality of the stainless steel would be stronger and I expected a broiling pan It’s ok but I always go for the best this to me is NOT the Best

They didn't convert it to propane burns everything oven has bright yellow and orange flame top burners will not adjust to a low simmer

The stove is nice but the letters from around the knob rubbed off when I cleaned it. I have only had the stove for 4 months.

Very difficult to understand numerous directions. Stovetop burners are very powerful. I just want to cook on a stove, not get a degree in how to use stove. App is useless. Thank God for YouTube videos on how to use it.

The regular and convection oven don't reach the heat setting Problems cleaning the surface. What do recommend that I use?

I am very happy with LG. No bad comment to the brand. But in general, the air fryer caused the whole house to smoke. Certain foods causes the smoke & I wish I knew before purchasing the stove. I would’ve bought myself a stove w/out the air fryer.
