It's quiet , extremely, thought it was defective because I did hear or feel it kick on so I was surprised how quiet it was , love the upright freezer design and spacing of the shelves makes it easy to keep things organized and easy to get to , outside looks great matched my fridge the top has texture that keeps things in place

I love the L freezer I purchased and it was worth the wait. It is the perfect size for a home without a basement or mudroom. Since it has to sit in the guest room, I am impressed how quiet it is and the small footprint

Love it EXCEPT... The BestBuy online specs for this freezer show it has "automatic defrosting" (99% of why I choose this one over all the others). Upon arrival, and after reading the owner's manual, this freezer DOES NOT have any sort of 'automatic' or 'self' defrosting... and apparently requires regular manual defrosting just like its competitors. So bummed and disappointed. Bought it for elderly/ill relative who won't be able to defrost it herself. Too much work to return, so chocking it up as 'just another reason to visit'.

I waited 6 weeks for the back order, but was totally worth it! People who have no patience will think the freezer doesn't work as soon as they plug it in. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It states will not turn on for at least 10 plus minutes after you plug it in. Freezer is stylish, roomy, and fits a lot of food if you know how to organize correctly. Definitely a top notch freezer.

Sleek, Small, slim to fit easily in kitchen (not garage), but Could have included a LED temp & clock display gage & light inside for convenience at night. Priced a $499 it could be a bit cheaper since a full size basic fridge or box freezers are priced about the same.

Very sturdy, nice, and slim freezer. It gets cold and no noise. It fits in my area nicely!

Even though you can’t adjust the shelves, we still like this freezer. It’s nice to have the extra storage space. It actually came free with our refrigerator purchase, but would have eventually bought one anyway. I gave the quality a 4 because the door dents easily. I put a small dent in it with my knee as I was moving it into place.

Just what we needed! We needed a freezer to hold our consumables that weren't needed immediately and this LG does the trick! We love our LG refrigerator so getting this freezer was a no brainer. Love the "soft freeze" top shelf so items that we may need sooner isn't a brick. This freezer is a quality product!

I love this upright freezer so much that this is the second one I’ve purchased. With that being said there’s not much more to say except you won’t be disappointed.

It does look taller in the pictures than it is. But I was tired of having to dig through a chest freezer and not realizing how much I had of something. The shelves aren't adjustable so you're limited on what you can fit. I picked this one that had the door shelves so I could put small/thinner packages in. So far I am pleased with how it works.
