  • No Manual with the TV

    Considering how complex a newer smart TV can be, I was shocked to discover it did not come with a users manual. OK. Not a problem. I'll go on the LG website and print one. Then I discover they posted the manual online as a ZIP file vs. a PDF. No typical user has ZIP software to unzip the file and other software to open it is unknown and a risk. I called the LG 800#. Got a pleasant oversees gal. However, she could not help...could not mail a hard copy...could not email it to me as a PDF. Wow...........so much for customer service with LG.

    After my 4 year old busted my lg lb6300 we had to purchase a new TV. The sales associate noted this was a higher model than the lb6300 series. I took it home and it didn't include the magic remote and the OS was a big step back. The color was grainy and not good at all on any setting. Taking it back.
