Quick Google search shows they use cheap capacitors that burn out quickly. I bought LG because my 2010 plasma is still functioning wonderfully. Stay away from their newer budget LED models.

Bad decision on LG TV.

Approximately 5 nights a week. The main board went out. Replacement part is. $275.00 if I have Geek Squad do the repair it will be $500.00.

Not worth the quality

Cracked screen, Great Customer Service

Shipped promptly arrived within 2 days, upon arrival screen was cracked and case was not properly sealed. No damage was observed on box. This happens, here is good news; Called customer service told them what happened have shipped a new one with return label while I was on the phone with them. That is the type of service I appreciate! Thank you Best Buy!

2 tv's, both sent back

I purchased 2 of the exact same tv's, took them both back due to black lines down the side. Plus, both tv's had extremely terrible black light bleeding issues. Spent the extra money on a Samsung. Well worth it. Better picture quality, no issues.
