    Very dissapointed, remote is not very responsive, pic is dark. Home screen is too cumbersome. I added roku instead of using the tv itself.

    I am currently watching it through cable (not wireless) and the picture is not that clear even though I am using an HDMI connection. I should have purchased a different TV that would work better with cable!

    The quality of the picture was nothing like the store. It matched a set that was $79. Was to have a replacement set up but they never showed. Extremely disappointing

    I was hesitant on buying an open box. It lasted 3 weeks and now they wont take it back.

    Don’t make this your first choice.

    Returned a lower model because the WiFi didn’t work. Salesman said that’s a common problem with LG and that model. So he recommended this one that was $150 more. It works but still sometimes has a hard time connecting to WiFi. I have a mesh point 10 feet from the tv and we are on gigabit fiber speeds. Reading reviews, this seems to be a common problem with LG. Should have gone with Samsung.
