    Distorted screen after a year

    Had the tv a year and the bottom part of the screen is all distorted with lines. Thought LG was a good brand but apparently not. I got rid of my 15 year old Phillips TV which still worked for this piece of junk

    Have had this tv for just under 2 years. Average use, well taken care of, no children, and in a safe location. Screen just randomly went out. Horizontal line across the middle of the screen and below that are vertical lines across the entire tv that shift colors. Havnt had issues with LG in the past but will not be buying a LG to replace this considering it went out in under 2 years, about 20 months.

    LG disappointed as soon as I started using it. Sound and picture quality is very poor. Navigation is very difficult and inconvenient.

    Horrible UI full of ads. No weather channel app. Weird remote control that acts like a computer mouse. My kid didn't mind it, I hated it. I returned the TV and got a Sony.

    Horrible service-broke after 6 weeks

    Screen is broken after 6 weeks and trying to blame me. No accountability. No help from Best Buy or LG. So frustrating to spend hours on the phone with people who have a script, want to know how my day is going but basically call me a liar. LG rep said I was lying.

    Not happy at all with Best Buy. I needed help and Best Buy people told me that the only way they would help me was if I were to buy a Geek Contract, otherwise I would have to call LG directly. Unfortunately LG service people online did not seem to know much about the model TV that I purchased and kept asking me to send them pictures.

    Review of Best Buys certified open box item

    The tv came damaged. The entire corner of the screen was peeled back and the housing was loose. I won't ever order anything from Best Buy (certified open box) ever again
