The single Optical connection won’t work with a splitter, as a hearing impaired, this is a big disappointment. Closed captioning doesn’t work even with settings for it in the on position.

We purchased it on-line and had it delivered to our home. No issues there. I cannot comment on Best Buy support line as we haven't needed to call them! So far it has been a great purchase and we are very pleased.

Best Buy/LG says that's just the way the new TVs are. alrighty then!

It's not bad, but nothing better than an old boy that still works good! Wish I still had him, but this one will do.

The picture is not clear. As you flick through the channels I felt certain channels looked cloudy. I returned the television for a Toshiba which looks great.

Great TV for the price

Had 3 hdmi ports, a lot of the black Friday TVs only have 2. Also ordered it online the night before black Friday, walked in Friday night, walked out 2 minutes later TV in hand. Very happy with the whole experience.

I love the fact that it comes with WebOS embedded and has dedicated Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote. Fairly simple menu display and easy to find settings. Overall very pleased with my purchase!

I was a bit worried at first because it was so cheap, but the Tv is working out great for us. It doesnt have the best picture ever, but i wasnt expecting the absolute best for the 300 price tag.

Nice tv for the money

For no reason TV screen went blank for a bit while viewing but I pushed a button under the front middle of the screen and it brought back the picture. Not sure what caused this.
