I'm not a big LG purchaser, my wife needed a tv for her area of the house. I was a little blown away by the features on this TV. Im actually consideringon buying the 65 inch for my game room maybe 75 inch

My son and his wife are very hard workers, they told me their tv went out and I saw this television at Best Buy the price was right so I bought it for them as a Christmas gift. Best Gift Ever!!! All Smiles!!!

Love this TV. My favorite feature that we use daily is the Amazon Prime button. Bought this one for our shop. Husband wants one for the house - no I won't let him take this one home. I use it daily.

This TV has completely changed my entertainment experience with the easy navigation between Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and Disney+. I use it every day and have yet to experience a problem. 11/10

TV is OK, but some of the parts are crap. ie: one leg won't hold up the TV. Had to prop it up with a roll of toilet paper. Unacceptable. Have not been able to get back to Best Buy yet.

I’m very pleased with this tv. For the price, I didn’t expect all the connections and accuracy of the color or clarity of the picture. The sound could be better. But, for the price of the tv. I’m happy

I got this TV on a black friday special, So i paid a little less than what they retail for. But Its definitely a nice TV, its a little light but it does the job! I would put insurance just incase it glitches or something of sorts.

The connections on the back of the tv don’t say if the connections are input, or output. The manual just says to read the manual of the things I want to connect but it doesn’t say what to connect those connections to!

For the price you can’t beat it. The picture quality is “ok” not the greatest but you get what you pay for. I love the accessibility of the applications. Overall I am satisfied. Good 4K tv under $400

I love this tv. Everything works how its suppose to. I've never had an issue or have it freeze up. The internet browser feature is a great plus. There are always updating the softwares and apps.

Actually, it's pretty much plug and play easy set up with on-screen prompts. The remote buttons, however, are badly and non-intuitively designed and easy to fumble. If not for the crummy remote, I would give this 5 stars.

I liked my first one, and I bought the second one to give it to daughter! It has a glitch as the first one when moving too fast from apps to live tv, but still worthy!!!

First team Joe and his brother need more training. Horrible experience and not great first impression of the Geek squad. Justin and Anthony fixed everything and were professional and knowledgeable.

I never thought I would get a big TV like this and when I got it, I said "no more sitting to close to the tv", lol! It is better than expected and I'm very glad that I made this purchase!

Picture was not clear at first. Called LG and reset settings, still not good. they advised to call cable provider and box was noted with some errors. fixed the problem, would not have thought to call cable provder

The TV is solid overall. The only compliant that I have with the TV is the lack of apps currently available for the smart TV aspect. I will probably have to purchase a Fire TV or Apple TV to get the apps I want.

Overall, very pleased with purchase process and delivery. I couldn't really find any setup documentation expect the quick setup guide, which was OK, but could have used access to a few more details during setup.

They said it works with the Amazon dot. Could not get it to do anything but shut the tv off. Called LG they told me it doesn't work with the dot yet, they are working on it. Don't know when it will be active.

The tv functions as you would expect. I really appreciate the usb features to share pictures or movies directly from a drive instead of streaming them throught another player. The display is crisp and bright.
