Hopefully the LG repair team will be able to quickly assess the problem and fix it. Luckily I am in the 1 year manufacturers warranty, but had geeks squad as a back up as well.

Poor viewing angles and Shaky hardware

First, the viewing angle is awful on this tv. At the slightest angle, the color accuracy and clarity decreases drastically. Second, the HDMI 1 port stopped working after a day or two. Third and last, the picture settings that I set for the tv would constantly revert back to the default settings, bringing back the dreaded soap opera effect which is highly annoying when you have to constantly adjust the settings.
