    This was an open box product i thought this LG was going to be as good as my other LG but for some reason the picture quality was not as sharp as my other LG not sure why

    This tv was returned, it only had two HDMI ports and not much else. The picture was very dark. The fast processing for gameplay was good not much lagging if any. Overall it was ok

    Its an average tv overall. if you are looking for a solid tv to put in a spare bedroom, this tv is it. if you are looking for a main living room tv, save up and go up a few levels.

    Other than the WiFi connection constantly dropping it’s a great tv. But all Lg’s seem to have the same issues. Hardwire your Ethernet connection and you’ll be fine.

    If you need a basic 4K tv this will get the job done but if you want a better bang for your buck I would go a step up and get the m7.

    It worked for five days.

    I purchased the TV on 2/15/19. Brought it to my home in AZ and used it for three days that weekend. Went back to AZ on 3/22/19. I used the TV on Friday and Saturday. When I woke up on Sunday, and turned on the TV, it had no picture. The LED power light came on, and the sound worked, but no picture. I brought it back to Best Buy in Vegas that same day. But, they would not exchange or return it, because they only have a 15 day warranty. If they had given me a store credit, I probably would have spent a couple more hundred dollars on a more expensive TV. But, now Im stuck with a broken TV, and will have to try and fix it myself. I will never shop at Best Buy, ever, again.

    I had to return it. Doesn’t have any of the HBO apps in its App Store. You can however watch HBO on this TV, you would have cast or mirror from a secondary device.

    It's my 1st flat panel tv,,,,,the volume could be better & the picture quality is pretty much Avg compared to the Samsungs & OLED's, but it's a decent type of tv

    Instead of Geek squad. I am so am not happy with the TV quality. The pictures tends to be fuzzy and the text on TV is very hard to read because it is fuzzy. The worst was the customer service of not showing up at correct time, hours earlier so my terminally Ill husband let him in and had no idea want he was to do. I take care of all household items. He is very sick . The subcontractor came back and so do the Geek squad same time 2nd time.

    Even with all the tweaking of the colors. It’s still not as vibrant as I would like. In every scene it seems like it’s dusk outside. Too dark.

    I have purchased 2 LG smart 4K TVs for myself and loved them. I purchased this one for an elderly relative and gave it to her for Christmas. After I hooked it up it just didn’t look as crisp as my own TVs. I showed her how to adjust the picture to how she likes it. Two weeks later she’s complaining that it is blurry. My wife tried to adjust it for her and it’s just not a good picture on it. Very disappointed.
