Decided to purchase a larger screen TV and decided to get another LG product even with higher price going off my previous experience. Very Disappointed with picture quality and volume not consistent on all channels. I regret not choosing another brand.

Took forever to get it right with Best Buy. Finally got a replacement TV in my house in JULY! It was ordered in May. Many hours on hold - HOURS - not sure if it was the tv or the store butthe whole experience was a nightmare.

This one's picture is bad. The color is off. And because of the speaker placement, it looks much smaller than my other tv's that are the same size but different models (similar price range). I wish I would have returned it, but my husband used the box to spray paint something on :( It is easy to use the internet with though.

Worked very slow , poor WiFi connection

U have to enter WiFi info almost any time u turn it on. When connected , it’s very slow ... searching google takes sometimes to open the main page ... ... if it doesn’t show “no internet connection “ and making u to trouble shoot over and over for WiFi connection . Returned it... a wk ago, haven’t got any call from BestBuy , haven’t been refunded either . Will have to call them.. again ... Calling = embrace urself for a looong wait! I returned it within the allocated window for full refund ...for courtesy, they should at least call u to acknowledge it!!!!hum? I was told at the store to purchase warranty for peace of mind... since this piece of tv was heavy and I really wanted to love it, i purchased the warranty to be able to remote trouble shoot it per the store rep.. how on this earth u can use such service when this thing major issue per previous reviewers is WiFi connection!!? Did I just miss that!?yike!lesson learned ... hard way!

Doesnt stay connected to WiFi

Suddenly most of the smart features weren't working. I don't use them too often on this TV so I am unaware how long it actually has been not working. Come to find out this is a common problem with these TVs. If I wanted to I could open the TV up and straighten some of the wires connected to the WiFi card which I understand is a solution for many people experiencing this issue. However that is not something I want to do so I am stuck with this TV which is no longer smart. Best Buy was essentially useless in this situation. ALSO LG TVs don't have a contract with HBO GO so if you want to stream HBO on it you'll need a firestick or some other smart plug in since the app is not offered. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't let me since it had been so long. I will be purchasing a replacement(probably Samsung), and definitely from a different store.

Unsatisfied

Ended up returning a week later for a cheaper Vizio tv with the same features. Remote was confusing to use even for a young person like me. Build quality also felt very cheap, given the price point I didn’t mind but the tv I replaced it with feels of much higher quality but it’s cheaper.
