Good TV, BUT!

These terms allow LG to collect personal information about my viewing habits. I know this makes me sound like a crackpot but I’m just sick of everyone collecting so much information about me and selling it to other people.

Save ur money & time !

Maybe a month or 2 & the wifi can never stay connected. When I used the free Sling trial it would exit out during shows randomly. Still use it I. My college apartment, now for just my room instead of the living room. Just came back to see how much I spent on it back in January 2019 and it’s ridiculous! It has lasted until now but it’s constantly updated apps & it doesn’t have HBO. I’m moving apartments and if this tv doesn’t fit in the truck it’s getting tossed, no problem. It was okay for the time being. But would not recommend

Bought this LG t.v. based on reputation of LG.

Do not buy an LG tv

Just over a year after purchasing this TV, an internal crack just appeared randomly while I was watching a show. I have never seen anything like it. I looked up LG television internal crack online and this is a common occurrence in LG TV’s. The year manufacturer warranty just past expiration by a month and a half. I had to buy another television and trash this one. Also, the picture quality is strange. I spent several days after purchase adjusting the settings (brightness, contrast, color, mode...etc) trying to enhance the picture quality.

Decent but nothing special

Wasn’t impresssed and figured I got what I paid for so I returned it and spent just a little more for the TCL 5 series and do regret it since.

Also the hardware is cheaper. I have to unplug the TV occasionally so the HDMI ports will reset and recognize what is plugged into them.

Stay Away

One still working fine, but the other has been having Wi-Fi issues for the past 3 months and after unplugging and reconnecting I got it to work. As of 2 weeks ago nothing I try is getting it to work. I even did a factory reset and it still will not connect. Bought the Geek Squad warranty and they will come out in 2 weeks to look at it. So no Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+..etc....for One month for me...I read o-nline LG has WIFI TV issues...stay away from LG TVs

Poor image even for a budget tv

The image on this television is unnatural and blurry. It doesn't matter if it's normal television, cable or 4k videos. I tried switching the settings and even tried lying to myself into believe it was okay but when your grandmother ompalins about the television you know it's bad. The legs are wobbly no matter how much you try to fix or tighten them. The display television at Best buy is misleading because they have a specialized video that have oversaturated 4k content which is a long stretch from what you see when you get home.

Poor Wi-Fi Connection

That's the whole point of having a smart TV, to connect to WiFi and access apps. I can barely watch anything on Netflix or Hulu because the WiFi will drop and I have to reconnect.
