    After examining this TV in the store, it was a disappointment when we brought it home. Lack of ability to adjust color caused skin color to be off. Gladly Best Buy took it back.

    The price is really good. The quality is very very poor. The menu is awful and the remote control is ugly > is funny but is true.

    Horrible picture. Tried to adjust and it only made it worse. Sound was good though. Returned within 24 hours of purchasing.

    I purchased this TV during a Superbowl sale, 15 months later, I can't get the picture to work anymore and it is 3 months outside the warranty.

    Came home from work and the the TV will not turn on. It’s not the remote or the batteries as I won’t come on using the power button on the TV itself.

    Bought this tv Jan 2nd and today is April 3rd and the tv has stopped working already. Got home from work and turned it on and got audio but no video, called LG customer service and did the trouble shooting with them and had no luck! They are sending out a technician to fix it but really after only 90 days we are having to have a new TV repaired?? Should have spent the extra money and got a Samsung or Vizio. Hopefully the fix lasts longer than 90 days.

    I chose this TV because the customer service associate who was helping me said LGBT out Samsung the last few years in a row so I decided to give it a try and I like my Samsung Ultra high-def 4K TV so much better than this TV the words on the menu screen look really funny the picture is cheap quality. I absolutely hate this TV. I'll never buy another LG if the picture and menus look like this on every lg brand tv. Sound is very poor quality too.

    We purchased this television in May and less than 7 months later we're replacing it! It played perfectly for 2 weeks and then started losing the internet connection. We stream tv. We changed internet providers, called tech support and viewed many youtube videos. THEN we looked at other reviews of this model TV and it's all bad... Of course we didn't purchase the protection plan...2nd LG tv purchase that ended badly.

    I always buy Samsung, and after getting this clunker I am going straight back to Samsung. I could never get the color hues right, and too much color begins to show splotches on skin colors. I tried going to the end of the green hue and it was still giving me pinky reds, and the warm/cool control did not do much either. Customer Service was poor and they didn't seem to know their product very well either. Bad all around.

    unreliable connection to wifi which could be really frustrating, my upper model samsung in my living room has no issues with this. Right now I'm still within the return policy period so I will be returning this tv and fork out the extra money on a higher end t.v.

    I have owned this TV for about three months and HDMI 2 port randomly stops working and I have to unplug the tv for a little bit this is the first time I have ever bought a lg TV and it will be the last I recommend you buy a Samsung or a tcl i might even rather have a vizio than this lg.

    I just bought this tv less than a month ago and all of my HDMI ports have stopped working. Now that I’m looking this up I see a lot of people complaining about this. I wish I knew this before purchasing this tv. Do not recommend to anyone
