Item was damaged when I opened it.

Opened package yesterday 12/16/19 to mount it only to find out it was severely damaged with shattered screen. Took it back to the store but manager accused me of lying by implying that there was evidence the television had been hung previously.

Bad Internet Connection with WiFi

Constantly resetting Settings

I was sold a bill of goods and I am NOT happy since I have to constantly change the settings for practically each channel I want to watch each time I change the channel. There is no relaxing and simply changing the channel. I HATE IT ! ! ! ! !

Now 2 months to the day. The tv has crapped out. My first LG product and now definitely my last. No wonder it was on sale. LG has horrible customer service and I dont not look forward to dealing when them on this tv

HDMI port issues

It worked for a few days, but now it just says "no signal" on either of the two HDMI ports. Completely useless, and not the type of quality I would expect from a name brand display manufacturer.

Great TV for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought this TV yesterday (11/19). For the price I paid, it seems to be worth every penny. The picture is great but don't expect to get OLED/QLED quality out of this.. Easy to navigate through the menus, even though the smart apps seem to be slow to respond. I tested it out with Planet Earth on Netflix and it was pretty impressive. I've seen a lot of people talking about the stand being wobbly and looks like the tv might fall off... I had the same problem till I figured out that I needed to put four screws in to the legs (under the legs, there are 2 wholes to put the screws in). It's all steady now and I don't get a heart attack every time I close the door haha. All and all, it's a pretty decent tv for the price you pay.

They brought a repair man out to look at it. It needed a new part. Part can't be bought anymore! TV only lasted less than 3 months!!!!!!!!!!

Defective product, ease of return

Waste on money

Not app friendly

Not so good

I literally have to keep putting all my info to recconnect on top of that two weeks later and my tv started turning off by itself
