Out of sync

Not impressed with the picture on the tv anyway. Probably will end up returning it for a better product.

Video stopped working after 3 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in November, and late February I go to turn it on, and there is just a dim blue screen for which requires a replaced main board. Apparently this is a known LG problem.

Multiple issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture quality was great. then after several months the picture grayed out and had grainy lines. The TV was replaced with the Protection Plan . Then the second TV had the same issue: faded picture, pin strip type gray lines. Geek quad came to verify. They would not replace the TV as that was "too expensive of a solution ". They replaced the board . Two months later same issue . Protection plan had expired the previous week and BB would do nothing even though it was clearly the same issue.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son bought me this tv as my first smart tv. I wish I could say I’m enjoying it but I’m not! After just a week the tv loses WiFi connection, consistently. I have attempted to enter the password and nothing. After hours of waiting and multiple attempts the WiFi connection comes back. This is extremely disappointing. I know my WiFi is not the problem because all other devices work fine.

A star isn’t good enough
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 50 inch from canton 3 years ago and geek squad or lg did anything had it less then 3 weeks and I turned it on after it had been off 2 weeks and the screen bleed was stupid fought for years to get it fixed and nothing lg told me to call geek squad and they told me to call lg geek squad even said there was nothing that was damaged on the screen no way anything could have hit it had to have been in the box I got rid of all 8 lg phones and 3 other TVs will never buy another lg tv

No Quality Checks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have ordered LG - 50" Class - LED - UK6090PUA Series on 22nd April and we have got that TV broken, the screen was having a big hole at the upper edge. After raising the exchange request with BestBuy, we have got another TV on 1st May but that is also broken and the screen is having a lot of cracks. I'm worried if I'm again going to exchange then I will get the TV in working condition.

You get what you pay for

Anytime I lightly bump my entertainment center the TV goes black as the speaker continues as if nothing happened. I keep having to unplug and reconnect the power cord from the tv in order to "fix" it. My HDMI port #2 stopped working. It's not even a year old.

Wont Connect to Wifi

This is the 2nd TV of LG that I've tried and cannot connect to my network. I have over 10 other devices connected working flawlessly. LG is the only one. Will return to tv.

Lasted 3 months

Customer support from LG was terrible. If you buy this expect it to fail, so I would recommend getting the warranty from Best Buy.

Black Screen

Is there power running to the TV, YES, Press the power button and tried the home button, does the screen appear, NO! TV is D.O.A!!

No signal

Big trouble connecting to wifi

Not Support HBO

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be and I would love to help out. If you will, I would suggest power cycling the unit. First, turn the television off and unplug it from the wall or power strip. The next step is to locate the power button and hold it down for 60 seconds while the television is still unplugged. Lastly, plug the television back in and turn it on.
