    needs a lot of adjustment for quality. Do not see any type of followup with customer on how is product is working. If you need help you have to go online for a manual, disappointing.

    So the picture is great and the sound is great.....and it is so wobbly I am having a perpetual heart attack. It should be noted that this is best purchased for WALL MOUNTING as the legs it comes with are ridiculously rickety. It even says in the set up that YOU are responsible for making it stable....but with no suggestion as to how to do so. UM WHAT? Who buys a 50" TV not expecting it to be at least safe and stable?

    Not the best picture quality, not able to stream like other TV’s we ended up trading in for a. Ore user friendly model.

    my new 4k tv needs a lot of color adjustment. I havent't seemed to get t right. What can I do for this problem.

    I was not happy with picture quality. I made several attempts to tweet the picture but after a week I returned the television.

    Never stays connected

    The biggest problem we have with this TV is that every time we turn the tv off, it disconnects from the WIFI. And it usually takes several attempts with the password to get it to connect again when we turn the TV back on. And the problem is not with the Wi-Fi as every other TV and DVD player in the house stays connected. The picture is OK but all in all I am sorry I spent the money on this TV.

    Doesn’t connect to WiFi and is asking for upgrade the apps every single day Im not recommending this tv to anyone

    I really wanted a Vizio but they didnt have it so I got this one, its decent but no where near a Vizio

    Picture not consistently bright!

    The picture fades out at different angles. It is crystal clear when you are facing it at a distance. If you move to the left or right or even directly in front, it fades out. I have 2 LV TVs and have never experienced this.

    If you sit I front of the tv you have a nice clear vision but if you tend to sit side to it you see a brightness light which over powers the tv image. I had this exact same tv in a 55in and this wasn’t an issue.

    Faulty HDMI ports

    I've been through two of these units now. BOTH have suffered from failing HDMI ports. First unit had input #2 fail in about 2 weeks. My second unit had HDMI #3 fail in 6 DAYS! I will he returning for a Samsung, hopefully they have better QC...

    Defect, but I'm sure its fine

    This was defective out of the box with a digital line down the screen. Best Buy replaced it and I upgraded to the 55in version, which I love.
