My First Time

It took a bit longer than I would have liked to set the tv up, but the LG Customer Service was exceptional. She even called me back within minutes when there was a question that the rep could not immediately answer. I am impressed wit the clarity of the picture and sound quality. I rated this an excellent choice for first time big screen buyers.

Nice tv for the price

The only thing I have noticed is that about once a week to ten days, it loses the Wi-Fi connection. I have searched for this problem on the internet and it seems to be a common LG brand problem. So all in all its an ok tv if you don't mind reconnecting it to the wifi often.

This is my second TV, the first LG I purchased was not good...it only had a clear picture if you sat directly in front of it. Had 2 weeks to return and did...this one was recommended on line and it has a perfect picture from where ever and I love that Amazon Prime & Netflix are on the TV remote
