Thanks Best Buy for your sale price on President's Day and making the tv I had my eye on for weeks more affordable. My 47th birthday gift to myself. These manufacturers need to make these remotes differently though being there's do much 'keyboarding' use with the remotes.

This television has a lot of features for the price.

We use this device primarily as a computer screen from a laptop in multi-screen viewing mode. This makes the laptop act like a desktop PC for many usual computer uses like spreadsheets and internet viewing where data viewing is useful and convenient yet mobile when needed.

So far I am happy with the purchase. The controls and features are good , I am still working on understanding all but will recommend for the price. Only problem I faced is that I was not able to watch Philo subscriptions videos on the TV as they are not compatible.

This is far from the first item I have purchased from Bestbuy and all in all I have never had an issue with their items or their sales reps. This time is totally different. I went in looking for a larger TV and one with a nice picture. I was shown this TV and expressed to the Rep that I needed one with Bluetooth built in so that I could use my wireless Bluetooth speakers with it. I was ensured that there would be no problem and that the TV DID have Bluetooth built in. Got home watched it for the TV itself and after the passing of my mother in March I finally had time to attempt to connect the Bluetooth speakers only to find there is no Bluetooth built into the TV. The TV quality is great for 4K and up but if it did not have the built in Bluetooth I would have NEVER made the purchase in the first place. Now there is NO Bluetooth built in and I am well outside my return window by nearly 3 months, give or take. So now I'm stuck with a TV that does not suite me, or I trash the TV and purchase another, or trash the Bluetooth sound system that cost more than the TV itself. Bestbuy, do better! Now I must decide whether to ban your store all together. Shame since my office just made a requisite for 3 new TV's, a projector, and a standalone PC for presentations. All I can say is WAY to go!

The size and resolution for a 4k TV is a great value. LG has always been consistent with quality products and my previous LG tv was just as good. Smart features for streaming channels are great. I wish there was HBO app available on the content store.

We are having problems in getting the picture and color adjusted. When looking at it head on it seems fine but from the side the color washes out and looks awful. We have been trying to adjust things but it is still not right. Now that the stores are closed we cannot contact the Geek squad for help.

The sales associate Christian was Knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were answered, misconceptions corrected and the perfect Television and soundbar obtained. Will definitely do business with this company again! Highly recommended!

This product performs better than expected and was on sale so it was a super plus and the sales person was so helpful I added a few things to the sale to help the bottom line. Definitely going back to see her the next time we are in town.

There’s too much quality loss if not at 0 degrees. Even at as little as 10-15 degrees viewing angle the loss is pretty bad. Smart tv functions are ok except for that the HBO app isn’t available, even after updating to the latest version. By way of modern TVs this one is definitely substandard. My biggest regret is that I waited 3 months to open the box cause now I’m stuck with this inferior wall decoration. Learn from my mistake. I jumped off a bridge but that doesn’t mean you have to.

Bought this for a children's classroom at our church and it has worked out perfectly! Kids love the fact we can use the smart feature apps and also the airplay to do presentations. Great tv for any smart tv beginners!!
