Once you move away from straight line view the color becomes cloudy and almost pale. I returned it after consulting on line with LG techs on how to fix the resolution but i never got it to work - i got the 65" instead and that works perfectly. After doing more research online - i found out that this particular model has that problem. So buyer beware - ask questions - request to view a regular tv program not just the pre-recorded videos in the store that always seem to produce a perfect 4K quality when 95% or more of content is in full HD.

Exchanged it with a Samsung 6 Series and that one doesn’t have any issues. Hopefully others don’t have the same problem.

This is the second LG I have had that happen to. I am either unlucky or maybe I got a lemon. Usually I have good luck with LG products.

As of April 12th 2022 my aunt informed me the LG tv had no picture or sound. Traveled over to my aunts and saw her concern, I unplugged that LG tv and took her small tv and plugged it in to the same outlet and cox box, the small tv turned right on and works fine. Her tv's are never abused and there have been no gaming played on her tv's. I'm upset with this LG tv and will never buy another, after about 26 months the LG tv is junk. I will speak to some congress people about looking into these flat panel TV's and find out why after paying good money these TV's can't last. We never had these issues when we were using TUBE TV's. There should be a federal investigation on the TV companies that get away with these issues. My only problem with Best Buy is they could of at least given me a break on the TV I bought to replace the LG
