Damaged in less than 15 months

They sent parts to my home prior to the appointment. Then the tech came on site, he said the Led gave out, and it’s like a Christmas light, once one blows, they all start to fail. The parts that was sent to my home, were wrong parts. The tv lasted less than two years. What a dump.

Disappointed

After a few days of not having any issues I happened to attempt to log in to NETFIX and the tv displayed a message warning me that the WiFi was not connecting. I have found that in the settings changing the location fixes this issue but it persist.

WiFi Won’t Stay Connected

When I’m watching cable on DirectTV it bounces back and forth from 720 to 1080. Now when I’m watching Netflix it freezes and makes a loud buzzing sound. Cant turn TV off when this is happening. Eventually resets itself. I want a refund. This is not cool it hasn’t even been a year of owning this.

Dead after 2 years.

I've had nothing but problems with the 2 lg TVs I've bought. The other is a 55" OLED. Screen went bad after a year and a half and when contacted they told me to pound salt warranty is a year. Had to contact bbb and jump through many hoops to get it replaced. 1800.00 TV. No more lg for me

Do NOT buy

Black screen with sound, and wouldn’t turn on no matter how much we tried or how long we waited after unplugging it and resetting it. Luckily we had a geek squad plan. Will NEVER buy another LG tv after this. Brand new TVs should not be failing like this.

Winter Has Come

The clarity of the picture is mind boggling, the colors are vibrant and the sound is the best I’ve ever had on a tv. I paid around $340 in total with the 2 year protection plan, which I would recommend JUST IN CASE anything happens to the tv. I would rate it a 10/10, #1 steal of my holiday so far.

I have been now stuck at home, just having purchased a brand new TV, and shipping a replacement wasn't an option? I will stick with online retailers from now on.

Screen died after 3 months

We have this one 3 months and have to wait a week for a service repair tech that “may not have the part on hand during first visit”. Disappointing.

It is now 12/6/21 and black lines down the screen have appeared obscuring some the picture. I have had many tvs for much longer, that have never had this happen

Very poor picture quality
